ALIVE Pop-Up // April 12th
Welcome to ALIVE Pop-Up: A community night for Sensuality, Connection and Polarity Play in a safe, welcoming Space.
This event is part of the ALIVE initiative, created by Fie Sommer and Cherie Ellen. For this evening, Fie will be your host, guiding you through different polarity practices that invite you to tune into your body and explore the range of lead and surrender.
Time: 18:00-21:00
Location: House of Play // Shetlandsgade 3, 2300 Copenhagen
In this 3 hour Polarity workshop you'll be invited to:
- Tune into your body and senses, exploring how polarity shapes connection and desire.
- Play with the dynamics of leading and surrendering, dominating and submitting, to discover how to embody and exchange these forces in an authentic way.
- Engage in guided exercises with movement, touch, and presence to deepen your awareness of energetic attraction and sensual play.
- Have shorter and longer meetings and exchanges with different people in the room (If you are a couple you can choose to stay together for the longer exercises)
- Open up to new ways of experiencing intimacy and pleasure in a safe, consensual, and respectful space.
We will progressively move into deeper and longer exercises and also explore frameworks with less guidance and more free-flow exploration throughout the evening, where you get to play with polarity and polarity switch.
We will end the evening in a closing circle.
What is Polarity Play?
Polarity Play is a practice that explores the range of leading and surrendering / dominating and submitting.
By embodying a wider range of polarity, you can experience deeper magnetism, presence, and sensuality while remaining grounded and authentic. Through movement, breath, and guided exercises, Polarity Play invites you to tap into the powerful charge that exists within and between us.
This workshop will also help you become more aware of how these energies influence your connections, both in intimacy and daily interactions.
Who can join?
ALIVE is a community for people aged 20-45 who are curious about embodied experiences and deeper ways of connecting with themselves and others.
You don’t need any prior experience to join. Whether you come alone, with a friend, or with a partner, everyone is welcome.
About your host:
Fie Sommer is a certified trauma-informed Tantric Sexologist, NLP coach, and Sensual Embodiment Teacher. With more than seven years of international experience working with groups and 1:1 clients in the field of tantra, pleasure, trauma, and sexuality, Fie leads from her embodied full-range humanness and creates powerful, transformative spaces.
As a co-founder of the Copenhagen ALIVE Tantra Festival Fie´s intention is to cultivate awareness around sacred sexuality and invite all beings into their own inner sovereignty.
Her deep understanding of the human experience, combined with advanced somatic and psychotherapeutic modalities, fosters transformative spaces that empower participants to explore their raw, authentic expression and create more aliveness, pleasure and connection in their life.

Is this a play party?
This is workshop exploring polarity. You will be invited into different exercises exploring playfulness and sensuality. It is not a play party or Temple Night.
What to wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
